MCFR MATERIAL
The
Sustainable
Fusion of
Materials
RENCO’s proprietary MCFR weaves together recycled glass fibers, recycled plastic, resin, and stone into a powerful composite that is 23 times stronger than concrete, extremely economical, and finishes in a fraction of the time.
Similar to injection molding, any shape necessary may be formed from the composite compound (e.g. – blocks, roof beams, joists, or flooring).
Crafted from eco-friendly, raw, and recycled materials significantly reduces RENCO’s carbon footprint compared to conventional construction practices.
MCFR is fused with methyl methacrylate, a bonding agent that is currently already being used in trucking, aerospace, and marine products.
Pushing the boundaries of innovation, our proprietary MCFR undergoes rigorous testing to showcase its unparalleled strength and resilience.
Approved for structures up to two stories, the Residential 6in RENCO block boasts remarkable efficiency, is extremely lightweight, and ensures a rapid construction process. This enables the construction of a 2,200 sqft single-story home in just one day.
The residential blocks are 6in wide x 8in high and are available in lengths of 3in, 6in, 12in, and 30in.
Our commercial blocks are 8in wide x 8in high and are available in lengths of 4in, 8in, 16in and 32in.
